Return & Refund Policy

- What is the return period?
45 days from the date of receipt of the order.

- What is the next step in requesting a return or exchange?
Send an email to [email protected] Please include your order number, order receipt and product condition. Please also indicate the reason for the return so we can review your request.

- What is the policy on damaged products?
If a product is damaged due to a manufacturing error or quality issue, the customer may request a return for exchange and we will provide a refund or exchange. Please inspect the product upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or received in error so that we can evaluate and correct it.

- What is our policy for products that are not damaged but the customer changes their mind and wants to return them?
You may request a return within 45 days of receipt of the item.
Please note that if you wish to request a return for this reason, the product must be in its original packaging and unused condition. We will not be able to authorise a return if the product affects secondary sales.

- Return or Exchange Address

- Who pays the shipping costs for a return or exchange?
For returns or exchanges, customers are required to pay for shipping costs to send the item back. Other than that, we do not charge any other fees.
- How long does it take to make an exchange?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email if your exchange has been approved. If approved, we will re-issue you a new item within 2 working days. (Please refer to our shipping policy for shipping timescales)

- How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you in your original method of payment. Most refunds arrive within 3 days depending on your card organization and bank, if payment takes longer than 3 days please contact us for assistance.
